Rosbi Inform Co. was founded in January 1991. The Company brought together highqualified specialists with 15 years' experience in data processing. The main members of the staff work together since 1984. Till 1991 the future staff of the Company worked in the Computer Centre of the Executive Committee of the Administration of Leningrad and developed computer-based systems for the Traffic Inspection, the drug stories net in Leningrad and other administrative structures and authorities of the city. In 1991 Rosbi Inform Co. had 7 employees, now there are 50 members of the staff. In January 1998 its filial 'Bureau RCM' was founded in Moscow.

The activities of the Rosbi Inform Co. concern development, application and maintenance of information and computer technologies by modern means and methods of automatization; development and application of databases, databanks; development of software tailored to the needs of customers in various fields of housing economy for regional and federal authorities, application and maintenance of systems.

Business contacts with foreign enterprises promote optimization and further improvement of high level of developed systems and projects. Since 1992 Rosbi Inform Co. is reseller and business partner of the firm NOVELL , and since 1995 the Company is authorized partner of the firm SOFTWARE AG. The members of the Company were often on practical studies at many foreign enterprises und institutions in sphere of their interest.

One of the best sides of the Company is the frequent active participation in national and international symposia, conferences, congresses and special exhibitions.

In December, 2001 "Rosbi Inform Co" received the license for work as the Internet-provider and began to render new service - Internet.
