The information system of the insurance company is directed on creating of the information resources containing data on obligatory insurance of a civil liability of owners of vehicles, including data on contracts of obligatory insurance and insurance cases, the personal data on insurants and victims, vehicles and their owners and other data.

The information resource, created by Rosbi Inform, provides both work of the insurance company, and regulated information exchange with other insurance companies. It also can carry out interaction with the interested organizations, for example the State Traffic Inspection.

The technical realisation of the system has 3 levels:

• 1. The primary automated workplaces - the user's module (level of information input). It must be used in all branches, representations of the insurance companies, down to individual insurance agents. It can be used by agents for preparation, printing and sending of policies to several insurance companies. It also can be used in autonomic mode with the subsequent data transmission
• 2. Processing-center. This authorization and data exchange unit of Rosbi Inform has necessary adjustment for requirements of the information system of the insurance company.
• 3. The central database (CDB), taking place at the central office of the insurance company. CDB contains all information from the primary automated workplaces.

At present system includes more than 80 primary modules and 2 insurance companies.
